Lady تطبيق لصحة المرأة: تتبّع الدورة والحمل، والتسجيل اليومي، والمقالات، وأسئلة تُرسل إلى طبيبات. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه، ولماذا، ومن يطّلع عليه، وكيف تتحكّمين فيه.
ما نجمعه
- الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (نحفظها مشفّرة ولا يمكن قراءتها)، أو هوية الدخول من Google أو Apple.
- البيانات الصحية التي تدخلينها: تواريخ الدورة ومدّتها، والتسجيل اليومي (التدفّق، والمزاج، والأعراض، والملاحظات)، وموعد الولادة المتوقّع، والطول والوزن وفصيلة الدم، والحساسية والأمراض المزمنة، والأدوية والتذكيرات.
- ما تكتبينه: أسئلتكِ للطبيبات، وتعليقاتكِ على المقالات، وأسئلتكِ لمساعدة Lady.
- الاشتراك: الباقة وتاريخ انتهائها ورقم المعاملة من المتجر. لا نرى بيانات بطاقتكِ أبداً.
- بيانات تقنية: رمز الإشعارات للجهاز، وتقارير الأعطال، وأحداث استخدام عامة لا تتضمّن أي بيانات صحية.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل التطبيق: حساب التوقّعات، وعرض سجلّكِ، وإرسال الإشعارات والتذكيرات.
- الطبيبات: عند إرسال سؤال، ترى الطبيبة المسؤولة عنه سؤالكِ مع ملخّص صحي قصير (الهدف، وسنة الميلاد، وطول الدورة ومدّة الدورة الشهرية، والحساسية، والأمراض المزمنة) لأن الردّ الطبي دونه تخمين. إن اخترتِ «بدون اسمي» يُخفى اسمكِ عن الطبيبة.
- مساعدة Lady: تُرسل أسئلتكِ للمساعدة إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (عبر OpenRouter) للحصول على الإجابة، ومعها فقط: هدفكِ (تتبّع الدورة، أو محاولة الحمل، أو الحمل)، وطول دورتكِ ومدّتها، وأسبوع الحمل. لا نرسل اسمكِ ولا بريدكِ ولا أي بيانات صحية أخرى. لا تكتبي في المساعدة ما يعرّف بكِ.
- لا نبيع بياناتكِ، ولا نستخدم بياناتكِ الصحية في الإعلانات أو التحليلات.
أطراف أخرى
- Apple و Google: الشراء داخل التطبيق، والدخول بحساباتهما إن اخترتِه.
- Firebase (Google): الإشعارات وتقارير الأعطال.
- AppsFlyer: قياس مصدر التثبيت وأحداث استخدام عامة، دون أي بيانات صحية. على iPhone لا يُقرأ معرّف الإعلانات، وعلى Android قد يُقرأ معرّف إعلانات الجهاز، ويمكنكِ إعادة ضبطه أو حذفه من إعدادات Android.
- Google AdMob: إعلانات غير مخصّصة في الباقة المجانية فقط، وتختفي تماماً مع الاشتراك.
- OpenRouter ومزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي: لإجابات مساعدة Lady فقط، كما وُصف أعلاه.
لا نتتبّعكِ عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
تحكّمكِ في بياناتكِ
- تنزيل بياناتكِ: الإعدادات ← «تنزيل نسخة من بياناتي».
- حذف الحساب: الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي نهائياً». يُحذف الحساب وكل ما فيه نهائياً، ويبقى نصّ السؤال الذي أجابت عنه طبيبة دون أي صلة بكِ.
- قفل التطبيق: بالبصمة أو Face ID من الإعدادات.
- يمكنكِ إيقاف الإشعارات وإخفاء اسمكِ في المناقشات من الإعدادات.
الحفظ والأمان
تُحفظ بياناتكِ على خوادمنا وتنتقل مشفّرة، ونحتفظ بها ما دام حسابكِ قائماً.
العمر
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً.
تنبيه طبي
محتوى التطبيق وإجابات المساعدة للتثقيف العام ولا تغني عن الطبيب، والتوقّعات تقديرات لا تصلح وسيلةً لمنع الحمل.

Lady is a women's health app: cycle and pregnancy tracking, daily logging, articles, and questions answered by doctors. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, and password (stored hashed and unreadable), or your Google or Apple sign-in.
- Health data you enter: period dates and lengths, daily logs (flow, mood, symptoms, notes), due date, height, weight, blood type, allergies, chronic conditions, medications and reminders.
- What you write: questions to doctors, comments on articles, and questions to the Lady assistant.
- Subscription: plan, expiry and the store transaction id. We never see your card.
- Technical data: the device's push token, crash reports, and general usage events that contain no health data.
How we use it
- To run the app: predictions, your record, notifications and reminders.
- Doctors: when you send a question, the doctor handling it sees it with a short health summary (goal, birth year, cycle and period length, allergies, chronic conditions), because a medical answer without it is a guess. With "without my name", your name is hidden from the doctor.
- Lady assistant: your questions to the assistant are sent to a third-party AI provider (via OpenRouter) to produce the answer, together with only your goal (cycle, trying, pregnant), your cycle and period length, and your pregnancy week. We do not send your name, email or any other health data. Do not type anything that identifies you into the assistant.
- We do not sell your data, and your health data is never used for ads or analytics.
Third parties
- Apple and Google: in-app purchases, and sign-in if you choose it.
- Firebase (Google): notifications and crash reports.
- AppsFlyer: install attribution and general usage events, with no health data. On iPhone the advertising identifier is never read; on Android the device's advertising ID may be, and you can reset or delete it in Android settings.
- Google AdMob: non-personalized ads on the free plan only; none at all with a subscription.
- OpenRouter and AI providers: Lady assistant answers only, as described above.
We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your controls
- Download your data: Settings → Download a copy of my data.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account permanently. The account and everything in it are erased; the text of a question a doctor has answered is kept with no link to you.
- App lock: Face ID or fingerprint, in Settings.
- Turn notifications off, and hide your name in discussions, in Settings.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on our servers and encrypted in transit, and kept for as long as your account exists.
Age
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Medical note
The app's content and the assistant's answers are general education and do not replace a doctor. Predictions are estimates and are not a method of contraception.
